This is my second transaction with Louise. Louise sold a house for me and most recently helped with the purchase of a home (1031 exchange). I have a very demanding full time job and I could not have closed on this property without Louise being on top of everything and keeping me on track. She directed the most important and time sensitive things my way so that we could close on time and successfully. I feel Louise goes above and beyond and I am so appreciative of her efforts.

Louise Myslak is an exceptional person and an amazing realtor! She helped us find a second home in Pensacola, and post-closing, helped us manage substantial remodeling and remediation projects. Our experience with Louise in finding a home was really good. She quickly understood our tastes and preferences and provided sound advice on opportunities to consider. She was very helpful during negotiations and while under contract in coordinating inspections and obtaining quotes for items which we wanted to address. Louise also went above and beyond our expectations – with a cheerful willingness to help us after we bought the house. We took on a significant remediation and remodeling project – despite having our primary residence in another state and being in Pensacola only part-time. Our project included a kitchen and master bath remodel, and a lot of general work throughout our 1930’s heritage home – roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, floor refinishing, painting, landscaping and pest / termite / rodent remediation. Louise has many contacts for high-quality contractors / vendors for a range of activities. During periods that we were remote, she stepped in and met regularly with various contractors and vendors, providing access to the premises and checking on their work activities. She was a life-saver – enabling us to have “eyes and ears” on the ground, even though we were remote. Louise has a sound attention to detail and persistent politeness that enables her to positively interact with trades persons in a professional manner. This helped us reinforce an expectation for high quality work and ensured a positive outcome. She is a terrific communicator and went out of her way to support our project. She also helped introduce us to various neighbors, some of whom she already knew and some met while helping us! Louise loves Pensacola, its homes and it’s people. Her positive energy and commitment to help us achieve our goals was remarkable and a real blessing!

Louise sold my East Hill home in Pensacola FL. She worked tirelessly to make it happen including open houses and committing to meeting inspectors and arranging for mitigation of home inspection items. I am so grateful for her efforts and constant communications throughout the entire process. Louise was a great partner. I truly enjoyed working with her.

Louise was such a good listener and always asked for help from another, more-experienced, agent when needed. She also followed up on the financing problem with a frustratingly slow approval process. I would recommend using her as a realtor!
